From The Pastors

Many years ago, I gathered with the young people in our congregation to take a moment and envision the church they wanted to see. I asked them what kind of church they hoped to build—a place where they and their friends could truly feel connected and inspired. Little did we know, those conversations would shape the church we have today. Many of those young people are now our church leaders, carrying forward the vision we once dreamed of together

We strive to be as responsive today as we were then, avoiding the trap of routine and remaining open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our desire is to be a church that honors God's Word, exalts Jesus, and inspires others to live as His followers.

Love and fire Patrik & Kicki

BE A PART OF THE HOPE

Our heart as a church is to spread God's love. We all play a part. You are needed. No one can do everything, but everyone can do something. Together, we want to lead people to become devoted followers of Jesus. That’s how we can make a real difference. With love, we aim to convey hope that leads to faith in Jesus Christ. This is the driving force behind everything we do. Welcome to Hope Church.

HOW DO I DO IT?

Here, you can read about how to become a part of our church and our approach to 'membership.' Let us clearly outline the steps you can take. Welcome Home.

STEP 1: to Speak to one of our team leaders.

Talk to someone wearing a name tag that says 'ASK ME' and mention that you're interested in learning more.

STEP 2: Hope Track Online

"(4 short videos) These are 4 brief films that provide a quick way to get to know us. You will be introduced to them by one of us and will receive the link to these videos. You may also watch them together with someone from our team."

STEP 3: Follow-up conversation with one of our leaders.

Let's get to know you, and you can get to know us.

STEP 4: Brief conversation/gathering with our pastor.

We will have one of these planned for the first Sunday of every month for those who are joining our community.

"STEP 5: Welcome and prayer at a team gathering."

Every Sunday, we have a larger team gathering where we would love to welcome you and pray for you.

SALVATION

”Salvation is not a reward for the righteous; it is a gift for the guilty.”

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

We as a church have 5 core values.

This is what we value. Our values represent the way we want to live out our vision; they provide us with the right direction and ensure that everything we do is done with the right attitude and heart. Below, you can see all 5 values.
FOUND PEOPLE FIND PEOPLE
Jesus said to them, “Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” (Mark 1:17) Mission and reaching new people are the focus of the church. This is God's heart in action.
GROWING PEOPLE CHANGE
A disciple is not above his teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like their teacher.’ (Luke 6:40) This speaks to discipleship and becoming like Christ. Following Jesus impacts your character on many levels.
YOU CAN'T DO LIFE ALONE
"Give my greetings to the brothers and sisters in Laodicea, and to Nympha and the church in her house." (Colossians 4:15) This relates to Connect Groups, smaller gatherings that meet in homes. It highlights the importance of relationships and the need for community with others.
CHRISTIAN PEOPLE HELP OTHERS
Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ (Matthew 25:40) This verse shows the importance of helping others as a Christian. It encourages us to take part in our community and get involved in different teams in the church.
WE GIVE BECAUSE WE HAVE RECEIVED.
"Freely you have received; freely give." (Matthew 10:8) This speaks to giving, tithing, and generosity. We believe in living generously and taking responsibility for what we do as a church. We also believe in being generous with love, time, and forgiveness.

GIVING

Tithing is not an act of generosity.

IT IS A WAY TO HONOR AND OBEY GOD.

I would like to give back to God because of his immense generosity toward me and it's the least I can do is to be obedient and follow him.

Please listen to Ps. Robert's teaching on tithing.
